Location & Directions: Sanctum Massage & Wellness is conveniently located in the heart of Colwood, just minutes from Langford. You’ll find us inside Coastal Offices at #132-328 Wale Road, West Ridge Landing Plaza. Just minutes from Juan de Fuca Rec Center. See below for a map of where we are located.

 

Parking & Entrance: Parking is available at the back of the building, with an upper lot and a parkade for your convenience. Please use the entrance off Wale Road.

 

When You Arrive: Upon arrival, the Coastal Offices reception team will be happy to welcome you, please take a seat in the waiting area until your therapist is ready. Reception is available from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For appointments outside these hours, your therapist will meet you at the front entrance.

 

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, in the event of a cancellation we will try to fill your space the best we can. However if we are unable to, those who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee to the credit card kept on file up to the full cost of the treatment.​
